Location: Cedar Hill, TX 75104

Pay Rate: $16.00–$24.00/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for multiple positions at a cabinet manufacturing warehouse in Cedar Hill, TX. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you have forklift experience, leadership skills, or are looking to grow in manufacturing, we have opportunities available for you!

Open Positions

• Forklift Drivers – $17.00–$19.00/hr (DOE)
• Team Leader (#14338) – $20.00–$24.00/hr (DOE)
• Drill Technician (#14212) – $16.00/hr
• Cabinet Assembly (#14208) – $16.00/hr
• Sanding/Paint Associate (#14206) – $16.00/hr
• Packer/Sorter – $16.00/hr
• Edge Banding Operator (#13991) – $16.00/hr
• Palletizer (#14657) – $16.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production and warehouse duties safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, sand, paint, package, and prepare cabinet components for production and shipment.
• Operate machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse (Forklift Drivers).
• Maintain quality standards while meeting daily production goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required for Forklift Driver positions.
• Leadership experience preferred for Team Leader position.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
