Travel Required None Pay Grade Maximum $22.00 Major/Essential Functions Performs phlebotomy as required using aseptic techniques. Maintains specimen collection containers by monitoringexpiration dates. Reports abnormal findings or processing errors to the chargenurse. Check and ensures that laboratory equipment is properlyfunctioning and maintains a temperature log. Properly uses Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to ensurecontinuity of care. Is active in Quality Assurance monitoring for laboratoryequipment. Orders and maintains laboratory supplies. Properly utilizes the collection and preparation ofspecimens. Effectively participates in the overall goals of the ManagedCare team. Responds to all request in a timely manner as required.
