Description

American Traveler is hiring an EP Tech for a 13-week travel assignment requiring prior cath lab and/or EP experience.

Details

• Work in a 2-suite EP lab staffed by techs and RNs
• Patient ratio of 1 patient per EP suite
• Equipment used includes Carto, Cardiolab, Medtronic, Abbott, and Boston Scientific systems
• Uses Meditech documentation system
• Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in cath lab and/or EP required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• RCIS, RCES, CVT, or RT certification required (license required if applicable)
• Must be able to independently scrub, monitor, and/or circulate EP procedures
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Perform EPS, ablations, and device implants
• Scrubs provided daily via Scrubex machine
• First-time travelers may be considered if experience requirements are met
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
