salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Provide info on products, warranty, stock status, delivery dates, backorders to all clients
• Complete the order entry process via phone, fax, email and EDI
• Communicate with other departments to ensure timely shipment/delivery of products; communicate delays to customers
• Process backorders
• Position is 100% onsite in middle Tennessee
