Responsibilities Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers. Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications State insurance license for life and health insurance (required). Prior insurance experience, specifically with State Farm is highly preferred. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
