Major Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Servesmealsinaccordancewithestablishedportioncontrolprocedures. Servesmealsthatareappetizingandpalatableinappearance. Servesmealsasnecessaryandonatimelybasis. Assistsindailycleaningdutiesasassignedtoincludeworktables,meatblocks,and refrigerators/freezers in accordance to established policies and procedures. Sweepandmopsfloorsasdirected. Washesandcleansutensils,dishesandcookingitemsaccordingtoestablishedpolicies and procedures. Carriesoutgarbageandkeepstheworkareaclean,dryandfreeofhazards. Setsupmealtrays,foodcarts,diningroom,etc.,asinstructed. Collectsanddistributesmenusasinstructed. Assistsincheckingdietarytraysbeforedistributionanddeliveringfoodcartsto designated areas. Removesfoodcarts,foodtraysfromdiningroomstodishwashingareaforcleaning.
