Wound Care Nurse - Multi-Facility Skilled Nursing

Preferred Care Health Centers is seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team across Montcare facilities. You will participate in wound rounds, assess and monitor wounds, and create care plans with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include educating patients and caretakers on wound care and prevention, coordinating treatment orders, and driving between facilities as needed to deliver consistent care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Preferred Care Health Centers
