Together, we will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones on their patient care plan.Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice - CNA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospice care and be able to provide exceptional care to our patients.Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAdminister medications as prescribed by the physicianMonitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physicianProvide emotional support to patients and their familiesAssist with end-of-life careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive careRequirements:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationExperience working in hospice careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysIf you are a dedicated and compassionate Hospice - CNA looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
