Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is hiring a GI Technician to support endoscopic procedures in our high‑quality Ambulatory Surgery Center. What You Will Do The GI Technician works under direct supervision of a surgeon to assist with technical equipment during endoscopic procedures. Responsibilities include: Assist the procedure team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopes and other instrumentation. Facilitate patient flow, room turnover, and inventory management. Perform clerical duties such as stocking procedure rooms and ordering supplies. Schedule and Pay Monday‑Friday daytime work schedule. No call, nights, weekends, or holidays required. Starting pay range: $28 – $38 per hour, depending on experience. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years clinical experience as an Operating Room or GI technician (preferred). Experience in sterile processing (preferred). Certification in OR technology (preferred). Current CPR certification. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
