Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Gilbert, AZ, US Salary Range: $50.00 To $100.00 Hourly Home Health RN's must be licensed and able to reliably provide home care services. We are looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to fill openings in the Casa Grande and surrounding areas. Responsibilities of the Home Health RN - Registered Nurse Effectively collaborate with care team Patient assessment and evaluation of patients progress towards goals Design and implementation of care plan Plan and facilitate appropriate discharge Accurate and complete patient documentation Provide care which promotes quality, continuity, and patient safety Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the community Compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Requirements of the Home Health RN Home Care experience preferred but not required RN State License or Multi-state Compact License required #J-18808-Ljbffr
