You are responsible for the guest experience at the bar top, managing high-top tables, and executing precision service bar tickets for the entire dining room. This means we pool tips based on hourly contribution and practice "Unselfish Action"—you may be behind the bar one moment and supporting the cocktail floor the next. We value Radical Candor: we care personally about your growth and will challenge you directly to maintain our "to-spec" standards.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):Execute the "4 Keys to a Successful Bar Team": Practice these core tenets every shift to ensure a high-performing environment.Master the Specs: Every signature cocktail must be made to the exact Lib's Grill BWL Recipe Guide.
