Job Description Job Description We are the premier provider of IT services on the Gulf Coast and are expanding our team! We are looking for a versatile and proactive Logistics Coordinator who will oversee technician scheduling and drive exceptional client satisfaction. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task without missing details, and uses critical thinking to solve problems before they become issues. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and communicates clearly with both clients and internal teams. Position Overview: The Logistics Coordinator is the heartbeat of our service operations. This role ensures the right technician is in the right place at the right time, while delivering exceptional client experience. This position requires someone who can: · Proactive and anticipates needs before they arise · Strong sense of ownership and accountability · Team-oriented with a positive attitude · Able to balance client needs with operational efficiency · Multi-task without missing details · Think critically under pressure · Communicate clearly and confidently Education/Certification/Experience: Basic technical knowledge is required. Proven leadership experience in a customer service or technical environment. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch & Coordination · Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls, both onsite and remote · Optimize technician schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime · Monitor workloads and rebalance schedules in real time · Ensure efficient routing to reduce unnecessary onsite visits Service Board Management · Create, update, and manage tickets for all incoming requests · Prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and SLA requirements · Monitor the service board continuously to ensure progress and accountability · Ensure all tickets are properly documented and assigned Client Experience · Maintain and improve overall client satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service experiences · Answer all incoming calls within three rings · Set clear expectations with clients and follow through · Communicate updates proactively · De-escalate issues and provide solution-focused responses Team Communication · Provide technicians with clear, complete information for each ticket · Communicate schedule changes and priorities in real time · Coordinate across departments when needed Operational Excellence · Maintain accurate records of technician status and activities · Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements · Support reporting on service metrics and performance Core Value Alignment: Success in this role means living out AGJ’s core values daily: · Do the Right Thing – Be honest, accountable, and dependable · Be Driven & Passionate – Stay proactive and solution-focused · Show Client Empathy – Understand and care about client needs · Be Positive – Bring energy and encouragement to the team · Own Your Expertise – Take responsibility and follow through Company Description At AGJ, we combine technical expertise with a client-focused approach to deliver unparalleled IT services.
