Thanks for reading our job ad! We are looking for a full time - year round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakecrest Apartments in St. Joseph, Michigan. We're proud to own and manage this conventional/market rate community of 376 total units. Check us out below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 5 weeks to give you a great work life balance! Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!
What we are offering:
- Pay is negotiable based on experience and certifications
- Yearly raises based on performance
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call

Qualifications:
- 1 + years' experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Knowledge of plumbing
- Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
