About the Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will drive growth in sales, developing direct relationships with municipalities and decision-makers. This is more than a sales role—you will act as a trusted advisor, market developer, and relationship builder.

Based in our Boise, ID sales and engineering office, you will work closely with internal teams and technical staff. If you’re a dynamic business development leader who thrives on innovation, relationship-building, and driving industry change, this is the role for you!

• B2B Sales Success: A proven track record in business development, consultative sales, or municipal sales.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage, present, and negotiate with government officials, partners, and contractors.
• Strategic Thinking & Market Development: Ability to assess market trends and drive standardization efforts across regions.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and standard business systems for reporting and forecasting.
• Resilient & Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with strong listening and sales skills who thrives on achieving targets.
• Ability to Travel: Regular travel is required to meet with customers and develop the region effectively.
• On-Site Requirement: This role is based in our Boise office when not traveling for client meetings.
