We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Shift Lead to join our team at Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley. Responsibilities and Qualifications Deliver operational excellence, working through all areas of FOH or BOH to ensure remarkable food quality. Build high‑performance teams, identify and coach team members on shift. Manage a team of 15‑25+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards. Increase profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and managing lean inventory systems. Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food and team safety. Increase overall restaurant results, working cross‑functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high‑level collaborative goals. Have 1+ year of previous leadership experience (required). Have open availability (highly preferred). Be able to close 4 nights per week (required). Previous Chick‑fil‑A experience (preferred).
