Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate in Atlanta, GA, with 2-4 years of experience to support a growing docket of AI-focused advisory, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. This client-facing role offers early responsibility and exposure to issues at the intersection of AI, regulation, and business. Duties Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Monitor and analyze developments in AI law and provide client-ready guidance. Support AI-related corporate and technology transactions. Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda. Support fact development, discovery, and case strategy in litigation and regulatory investigations. Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate across teams. Requirements J.D. with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm. Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters. Excellent legal writing and analytical skills. Strong judgment and attention to detail. Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology. Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction. Education J.D. Certifications Bar Admission in the jurisdiction of application Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
