Food and Beverage Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the team at a prestigious luxury hotel restaurant. If you love hospitality, enjoy being in the middle of the action, and know how to bring out the best in a team, this could be a great opportunity.

You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, helping create memorable guest experiences, jumping in when needed, and setting the tone for a team that takes pride in genuine, five-star service. You’ll also help train and develop the front-of-house team, mentor new leaders, and give your people the support and feedback they need to succeed.

Behind the scenes, you’ll help keep the operation running smoothly—from staffing and scheduling to payroll, budgets, guest feedback, and performance. You’ll also help develop and maintain SOPs, look for ways to improve the operation, and make sure the restaurant stays safe, organized, and on point.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of fine dining management experience
• A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating people
• Strong hospitality and guest-recovery skills
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, payroll, budgets, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable leading in a busy, upscale environment
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and 8–10 hour shifts
