Job Summary:

Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated In-Person BCBA (NC LBA Required) to join our team in Rocky Mount, North Carolina . As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. Our company, Alight Behavioral Therapy , is committed to providing personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, and we are looking for a BCBA who shares our passion and dedication to this mission.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress

• Conduct autism evaluations for children aged 0-21, including assessments and diagnostic evaluations

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles and techniques, staying up-to-date on best practices and research

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

• NC LBA certification
