We are currently hiring an experienced caregiver for a long-term, one-on-one in-home case in Fernandina Beach, Florida . This position is ideal for a caregiver who enjoys companionship-focused care , consistency, and building a strong working relationship with one client.

We are actively interviewing for this long-term placement.  We are focused on finding the right match for this placement.  

Schedule & Pay

• Approximately 40–59 hours per week
  
  
• Shifts typically 8 hours per day
  
  
• Some weekend availability may be required

• Pay range: $17.00–$18.00/hour, based on experience and fit

• We are looking for both full-time and part-time caregivers , as this schedule may be shared between more than one caregiver. 

About the Role

• One-on-one in-home care (not a facility)

• Companionship and daily support

• Assistance with personal care

• Support with daily routines and activities

• Client enjoys staying active, getting out of the house, and local outings

What We’re Looking For

• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver

• Patient, dependable, and professional

• Comfortable working with clients who have specific routines and preferences

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation
