Title
Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Schedule
Full Time, Night Shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM), every other weekend and holidays required, along with 2 On-Call shifts per 4 weeks.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Requirements
- Currently licensed by the state as a registered professional nurse.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in MedSurg, Tele, or Critical Care Units.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (through American Heart Association or RQI), NIHSS.
- Basic Coronary Care certification within 6 months of hire.
- CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients at all times.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Compliance / Notes
- Must be comfortable floating to various units: ICU, ER, MedSurg.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
