OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

$60,000 - $100,000 per year + Benefits – Northwest Arkansas

The Role

Do you have a solid foundation in Business, Marketing or Sales, combined with 1-3 years practical experience in outside sales? If so, we have an exciting, team-oriented environment, territory outside sales opportunity for you!

AAA Business Systems, Inc. , a growing office technology company, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. 

With an established sales territory, you’ll manage existing client relationships while identifying and developing new sales opportunities in an uncapped commission plan. You’ll use your expertise to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from our range of office technology products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing client base and develop in-person, long-term relationships with new clients.
• This is a prospecting role and the goal is to establish an appointment with a key decision maker (aka, CEO, CIO, COO, Sr. VP, etc.)
• Learn and become knowledgeable on the various office technology equipment, environment, services, and solutions.
• Ensure all customer information is documented in sales system!
• Research, schedule, and conduct meetings with top-level management, including C-suite executives to persuade and successfully close sales by utilizing proper negotiation techniques
• Identify needs by utilizing knowledge about office technology to listen, uncover any current business gaps, answer questions, and emphasize features of products to highlight and solve customer issues
• Collaborate with service and admin teams to ensure ultimate customer experience and satisfaction.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).
• 1-3 years of outside sales or similar experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to learn, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance, demeaner and coachable.
• We need a professional from day one, someone driven to work alone, establish goals, and the drive to exceed those goals.
• Someone who knows LinkedIn and uses it to their advantage, or who can be trained.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working sales forecasts exceeding $50k.
• Experience communicating with C-level executives.
• Previous outside sales experience within managed print services, document and data security, document management software, production printing equipment or office technology.
• Fluency in Spanish
