Director of Ecommerce

Our client, a contemporary Los Angeles lifestyle brand known for its effortless, Americana-inspired designs, is looking for a Director of Ecommerce to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with an in-office schedule of Tuesday and Wednesday (occasionally Thursday), following a 3/2 in-office/remote structure.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the digital growth strategy for a beloved brand with a loyal, engaged customer base. You'll work closely with ownership to shape the future of the ecommerce business, overseeing both the online storefront and paid media strategy. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and is ready to bring strategic vision and hands-on execution to a growing team.

What you will be doing

• Own and drive the overall ecommerce strategy, including site experience, merchandising, and revenue growth
• Oversee all paid advertising efforts across digital channels, managing budget allocation and performance
• Partner closely with ownership on business planning, forecasting, and long-term digital strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations teams to align on priorities and execution
• Analyze site and campaign performance data to identify opportunities and optimize results

• 10-15 years of experience in ecommerce, with a track record of owning both site and paid media strategy
• Proven success driving revenue growth in a direct-to-consumer environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
