Associate Attorney

We are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to build a long-term practice while handling a diverse caseload. The position focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation, municipal law, and land use matters, while also providing general legal counsel to clients on a variety of business and personal legal issues.
Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation, commercial litigation, municipal law, and land use matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, legal correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide thorough legal analysis.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, administrative proceedings, and client meetings.
• Advise clients on a broad range of legal matters, including business, employment, contract, and related issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice.

• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 2-5 years of litigation or related legal experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with a team.
• Reliable transportation for court appearances and client meetings as required.
• A portable book of business is a plus, though candidates with demonstrated business development skills are also encouraged to apply.
