Occupational Therapist (OTR/COTA)

The Role: Impact Beyond the Clinic As a Pediatric OT at OT Wellness, you will act as a developmental architect. Your responsibilities will include: Comprehensive Evaluations: Utilize standardized tools and clinical observations to create roadmaps for success. Play-Based Interventions: Design custom treatment plans focusing on sensory processing, fine/gross motor skills, executive functioning, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Family Empowerment: Partner with families by coaching parents on integrating therapeutic strategies into their natural home routines. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside SLPs, PTs, and educators to ensure a 360‑degree approach to child development. Who You Are Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program or COTA accredited program. License: Current Florida Board License. Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practices and “whole‑child” wellness.
