Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking an experienced, hardworking individual to join our Floor Care Team in Appleton, WI. If you enjoy seeing the immediate results of your work and want to master the art of professional floor care, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for high-quality floor maintenance across a variety of school environments.

PAY: $19.00 -$22.00 per hour (Rate based on experience. Experience must appear on resume.)

• Professional Floor Maintenance: Execute specialized soil removal techniques for various surfaces, including hard surface floors and carpets.
• Equipment Operation: Master the use of professional machinery such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors.
• Technical Precision: Learn and apply the correct usage and storage of cleaning chemicals tailored to specific flooring types.
• Equipment Care: Clean and organize vehicles and machinery daily, performing light repairs as needed to ensure production efficiency.
• Site Organization: Manage janitorial closets and job sites to maintain a neat, professional, and productive work environment.

This is a 3rd-shift position that requires a high degree of adaptability to meet the needs of our clients.

• Flexible Scheduling: Candidates must be flexible regarding start and end times, as well as the total length of the workday. The shift will generally start at 9:00pm or 10:00pm.
• Dynamic Environment: You will coordinate your schedule daily with your supervisor and must be able to recognize and deal with changing priorities as they arise.
