Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 18:30–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work a 36-hour per week schedule across three 12-hour night shifts
• Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside the provision of clinical care
• Complete required orientation modules, including online computer-based learning, during the designated orientation period
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements including drug testing and fit testing protocols prior to and during the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand at time of submission
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Permanent residence must be 100 miles or more from the facility's service area (local candidates not accepted)
• Ability to complete drug testing within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date
• Facial hair must be trimmed or removed to meet CDC guidelines for fit testing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
