The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, maintaining standards, safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
