Director, Derivatives Middle Office - Control & Transformation Lead

Barclays seeks a senior leader to drive the control and transformation agenda for Macro Middle Office, owning end-to-end trade lifecycle management, ensuring trade integrity, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance while partnering with the Global Front Office and staying close to trading activity.
