LPN/ RN Unit Manager
Complete Care - New Jersey & PA
LPN/RN Unit Manager (must have active/valid NJ RN/LPN license) Complete Care Regent (Hackensack, NJ) Full-Time 1st Shift No On-Call Requirements, No Weekend Requirements Qualifications A nursing degree from an accredited college or university Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an RN or LPN. Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management. Current CPR certification. Must also meet state requirements for relevant licensures or certifications and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license. Responsibilities Individualized patient assessment. Staff, patient, and family education. Progress tracking and compliance. Interdisciplinary coordination. Staff supervision and oversight. Regular nursing rounds. Compliance assurance. Performance evaluation and coaching. Resource management. Conflict resolution. Other duties as assigned.
