Duties and Responsibilities
- Review the assignment sheet for the day
- Communicate work routes for each of our drivers
- Monitor assignments to ensure they are completed on time
- Answer phone calls and handle customer requests
- Organize assignment files,
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of dispatch experience, specifially in HVAC, Mechanical or Construction
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ablity to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
