This role combines leadership, sales strategy, compliance oversight, and customer relationship management to ensure the team meets production goals while delivering excellent client service.1. Sales & Business GrowthMonitor pipeline activity and ensure consistent deal flowIdentify new market opportunities and expand client base2. Loan Origination OversightGuide team members through complex loan scenariosEnsure accurate and timely loan applications and documentationReview loan files for quality and completeness before submission3.
