At Studio Pilates, we believe movement changes lives. We are looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented Fitness Membership Sales Specialist to drive our studio's growth through proactive outbound phone outreach, digital lead follow-up, and local community networking.

Total Earning Potential

Base pay is $15.00 – $17.00/hr , and with uncapped commissions factored in, top performers average $22 to $31.25+ per hour (OTE $32k–$45k+/yr)

What You’ll Do

• Convert incoming leads into scheduled orientation classes, and run membership consults on the studio floor.
• Expertly handle price and timing objections to secure package commitments on calls or before the prospect leaves the studio.
• Anchor follow-ups to studio visits, ensuring trial members complete their trial and upgrade to full memberships seamlessly.
• Build local brand awareness by visiting nearby businesses, dropping off trial passes, and executing local pop-up marketing events.
• Manage and follow up with trial members using text, phone, and face-to-face check-ins so no warm lead goes cold.
• Maintain meticulous, detailed records in Mindbody to ensure zero drop-off.
• Partner with our instructors and front desk team to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for every guest.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (fitness, membership, hospitality, or high-ticket retail preferred).
• Comfortable taking payments on the phone/in-person and direct enough to ask for the credit card without hesitation.
• Ability to maintain a warm, welcoming tone while keeping control of the sales conversation and guiding the prospect to a decision.
• Takes pride in helping clients make commitments during conversations rather than passing them off to self-checkout later.
• Ability to easily navigate Mindbody CRM and Google Workspace.
• Flexibility to work our established shift schedule, including select weekend community events.
