Truck Driver

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled Transportation Truck Driver in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States. This position involves the safe and efficient operation of multiple styles of trucks including tractor trailers, dump trucks, end dumps, and belly dumps. Drivers will deliver heavy equipment and various materials to residential and commercial locations.

Position Overview:

• Safe and efficient operation of multiple styles of trucks
• Delivery of heavy equipment and materials to various locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough operational knowledge of transport tractors and trailers, end dumps, truck and pup, and belly dumps
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain time and material records
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Effective communication skills
• Connect and disconnect trailers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A
• Valid Medical Card as per DOT standard
• At least two years of heavy equipment transport related experience or training preferred
• Incident-free driving record preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to signal and handle equipment
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above shoulders
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception

Work Environment:

• Occasionally exposed to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and extreme cold/heat
• Noise level is usually moderate
