About the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our weekend team at our state-of-the-art facility in Mount Vernon, New York. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Promote a positive and caring environment for our patients and their families

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification

• Ability to work weekends, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
