Job Description We are seeking an Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Jira, multi-team coordination, and PI Planning, and a proven ability to sustain delivery excellence, maintain operational continuity, and provide transparency across large enterprise programs. Responsibilities Provide structure, governance, and real-time visibility across multiple Agile teams and critical programs. Enable agility across workstreams delivering General Ledger capabilities and key regulatory, automation, and capital initiatives. Backfill and maintain continuity for teams during Scrum Master transitions. Prevent delays that could impact compliance deadlines and planning cycles. Facilitate Scrum events, PI Planning, and cross-team coordination. Leverage Jira tools for tracking, reporting, and dependency management to drive transparency. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Jira expertise, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting. Knowledge of Jira Horizon and familiarity with Jira Align . Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Experience supporting multiple Agile teams in enterprise environments. Program Increment (PI) Planning experience within scaled frameworks. Strong communication and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Experience with financial systems or General Ledger initiatives. Background in regulatory or compliance-driven delivery. Why BCforward?
