Position Title: Cardiovascular Technology Support Staff Part-Time

FLSA: Non-Exempt

FT/PT: Part Time

Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week

Work Schedule: Flexible

Position Salary Range: $20-$35/hr depending on experience

Summary: The Cardiovascular Technology Program has the following openings: Clinical Support Staff – Assist with the daily operation of the CVT program, which may include clerical duties or supporting classroom on-campus activities or participate in clinical site visits. Other assignments needed to support program operations.

Essential Role Responsibilities: Perform clerical duties, distribute and collect accreditation surveys, order supplies, assist with classroom instruction, perform clinical site visits

Minimum Education Required

Experience Required: Demonstrated ability to write and respond to emails professionally with clear, appropriate tone. Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using Outlook for email, scheduling, and calendar management. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle, including updating course content and tracking assignments or student progress.
