Martech Product Owner - eCommerce

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for at least 5 years of end-to-end product management experience.
• We need prior experience in an eCommerce environment, with knowledge of key customer journey features such as search and browse, product detail pages, and checkout flows.
• Experience with MarTech in a retail setting is preferred, and familiarity with social media integrations is a plus.
• We value experience using AI in product work.
• You should have a strong discovery mindset, including stakeholder collaboration, understanding business impact, and building roadmaps through discovery boards.
• We need experience writing effective Jira stories, including functional requirements, detailed acceptance criteria, UAT support, testing tickets, and prioritization with delivery teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to bring forward ideas proactively.
• You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is required.
• You should understand how marketing influences the eCommerce customer journey, including tools and concepts such as Google Analytics and conversion triggers.
• We are looking for exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly across audiences.
• Experience overseeing technical projects from concept through completion is important.
• A broad understanding of programming concepts is needed, though deep technical expertise is not required.
• You should be committed to quality and continuous improvement in project outcomes.
• Ability to lead team performance improvements and refine delivery processes is expected.
• Strong coordination skills are needed to align multiple software services and ensure they work together smoothly.
• You should be self-motivated and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

We are hiring for a Martech Product Owner, eCommerce role with our retail client through Kforce. This is a fully remote contract opportunity, with a preference for candidates based on PST who can work 7am–2pm PST. The assignment is for 6 months with long-term potential.
