Retail Store Manager

Sterling & Stone Jewelry is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. We’re looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about sales, customer service, and developing high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. Responsibilities Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed store goals Deliver exceptional customer service and create lasting client relationships Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects the Sterling & Stone brand Recruit, train, and onboard new team members Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively Maintain strong product knowledge across our sterling silver and gemstone collections Ensure store standards reflect the Sterling & Stone brand at all times Qualifications 2+ years of retail store management experience required Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to achieve sales goals and drive business resultsExcellent communication and organizational skills Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or specialty retail is required Able to work in-store Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 am- 6:30 pm $50,000 starting annual salary Opportunities for career growth within a growing jewelry brand Employee discounts on Sterling & Stone Jewelry Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Sterling and Stone Jewelry
