Direct Support Professional (DSP) Day & Night Shifts

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for both day (6AM6PM) and night (6PM6AM) shifts at our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in Simpsonville, SC.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll play a critical role in providing care, structure, and support to youth experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily living activities (hygiene, meals, routines)
• Monitoring and engaging with individuals throughout your shift
• Implementing behavioral and therapeutic interventions
• Ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Documenting behaviors, activities, and incidents accurately
• Collaborating with clinical, medical, and operations teams
• Participating in recreational and community-based activities

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Strong communication skills and patience
• Ability to stay engaged, alert, and responsive throughout shift
• Basic computer skills

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (6AM6PM or 6PM6AM)
• Rotating schedule: work only 7 days every 14 days
