Supports physician to develop and maintain patients. Collaborates with specialties and maintains continuity of care. Provides office coverage for physician(s) during periods of absence. Prescribes a variety of modalities to meet wellness and illness needs, up to and including hospital admission/discharge and prescriptive authority.
