About This Role

Warwick River Christian is seeking an experienced and dependable Cook to join our preschool and childcare program. The Cook will be responsible for preparing nutritious and child-friendly morning snacks, lunches, and afternoon snacks for our young children.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working around children, have experience preparing meals in a school, childcare, or similar setting, and be committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.

• Create appropriate menus for children 2 1/2 to 8 years of age.
• Generate shopping lists/order food items
• Prepare daily - morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack for approximately 70 children.
• Responsible for preparing, serving and cleaning up after all snack/meal times.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen.
• Remain compliant with all Health Dept. regulations.

• Experience preparing meals for approximately 70 children.
• Knowledge of safe food preparation and handling

• ServSafe Certification
