The Retail Store Manager I is responsible for managing all store operations, including a team of sales and sales support employees with the focus on driving sales of Cox Services while keeping a laser focus on efficient operations to ensure maximum profitability. Proactively monitors store revenues, store operational targets, customer satisfaction, inventory and shrink. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience. Preferred BA/BS in business or related field Retail management with supervisory experience highly preferred Experience selling wireless/mobile products highly preferred Willingness to work a flexible work schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays USD 70,200.00 - 105,400.00 per year Compensation Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $70,200.00 - $105,400.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $17,604.00.
