Requirements
- Minimum 4 years OR RN experience
- Must have:
- CVOR experience
- Vascular OR experience
- Required Certifications/Licensure:
- Current Arkansas RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
- EMR: EPIC experience preferred
- No floating required
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative nursing care
- Collaborate with surgical teams and physicians during procedures
- Monitor and document patient physical, emotional, and surgical status
- Prepare surgical supplies and equipment according to surgeon preference cards
- Document perioperative interventions and patient responses accurately
