Psychiatry Physician

We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Psychiatrist to help launch and support a new behavior health unit. This role will focus on delivering high quality psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for adult patients in an inpatient setting, while collaborating closely with nursing staff, therapist, social workers and medical providers to ensure coordinated, patient centered care. The Psychiatrist will play a key role in shaping clinical workflows, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the development of a safe, effective and compassionate treatment environment. Experience in inpatient psychiatry is strongly preferred, along with strong clinical judgement, clear communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. by Jobble
