Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician
Woodlake Trails
Sun Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities. Responsibilities include cleaning, minor repairs, lawn and grounds upkeep, snow removal, and supervising contractors to maintain curb appeal. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with preferred experience in apartment maintenance and snow removal.
