The ideal candidate will be a board-certified/board-eligible physician with a strong background in hematology and oncology, capable of providing outstanding patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the advancement of our oncology program. The CAMC Beckley Cancer Center is a beautiful free-standing building, providing comprehensive cancer care including radiation and radiology services. The practice is supported by nine midlevel providers for both outpatient and inpatient services. CAMC Beckley Oncology Group is a vital part of the renowned CAMC Cancer Center, and Vandalia Health. Our Hematology Oncology Fellowship Program at CAMC Cancer Center began on July 1, 2024. The candidates will be a part of the teaching faculty and will participate in the fellow’s education remotely. The candidates will have an academic appointment with the CAMC Institute of Academic Medicine. As a part of the Institute of Academic Medicine the candidates will have access to our robust research department and its infrastructure. The candidates can participate or lead clinical trials and can-do investigator-initiated research using national databases. The candidates will be encouraged to participate in disease specific tumor boards. As a Hematologist Oncologist at CAMC Beckley Oncology, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to the patients and communities we serve. Qualifications Medical degree from an accredited medical school. BC/BE in Hematology and Oncology. Valid medical license in the state of West Virginia. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
