Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance abuse, and relational difficulties.

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and create effective treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and emotional health needs.

  • Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community educators, to facilitate coordinated care for clients.

  • Maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHRs) while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest mental health best practices and uphold licensure.

  • Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments for clients displaying signs of crisis.

The clientele at Lakeside Behavioral Health is diverse, encompassing individuals from all walks of life. You will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety issues, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Must possess valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington.

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health records management and telehealth technology.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
