Brookhaven Market is hiring a Full Time Assistant Manager (onsite) in Burr Ridge, IL, paying $55,000–$70,000/year. This role exists to keep the store running sharp, the team supported, and customers leaving happy. You'll be responsible for:

• Helping drive store performance through smart, practical business strategies
• Coaching and training the sales team to hit sales goals
• Supporting employee relations and handling issues with fairness and follow-through
• Protecting an excellent customer experience and strong satisfaction scores
• Keeping the store compliant with policies and in standout condition

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager
• Strong leadership, business orientation, and customer management skills
• Great organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Independent decision-making; sets the example, motivates others, and calls attention to success
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
