This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a overnight environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly after hours. Responsibilities: Perform nightly audit of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and account balances Reconcile daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy of front desk transactions Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and efficiency Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner Prepare and distribute daily reports to management for morning review Monitor and maintain the security and safety of the property during overnight shifts Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience Requirements: Prior experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality preferred Strong mathematical and accounting skills with attention to detail Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a plus About Us: Willowchase LLC is a trusted name in the Houston, TX area, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for every guest we serve.
