Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatrics

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Bloomington, IN. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate children's physical, sensory, developmental, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living, play, learning, and social participation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate families and caregivers on home programs and treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric or autism experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.
